Redbird Flight Simulations is transforming flight training through interactive simulation. We create immersive technology for innovative flight training, education, and enjoyment. We want to change the way the world perceives General Aviation.
We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our development efforts across all our platforms. The Developer will be part of a small, fast-paced team, designing and producing software systems for our simulators. S/he will be responsible for development and maintenance of middleware and server-side applications. S/he should have experience with C#/.NET, but also be excited by the prospect of learning new technologies at Redbird.
We believe the future of flight training involves highly interactive teaching technologies that explain and demonstrate how planes work and how to fly them. These technologies use full motion and stationary flight simulators to greatly decrease the cost of flight training.
If you’re someone who gets excited about their piece of a complex new product, especially involving simulation and aviation, we might have a place for you. If you’re fanatical about hitting deadlines and producing world-class products while maintaining a sense of humor throughout the process, we might want to bring you aboard. If you can thrive in the chaotic environment of a small company where each employee wears whatever hat is needed day-by-day, then talk to us about our Flight Scenario Developer opportunity.
